Answers before you ask
FAQDo we need our own banking or money transmitter licenses?
Accounts are held at a partner bank and run under Infinite’s compliance program. Infinite runs onboarding, screening, and monitoring and makes the decision on every case; the partner bank reviews every file under its own program and keeps final authority. Your licensing posture depends on your flow of funds; see third-party funds flow.
Are customer accounts named accounts, or an FBO under our platform’s name?
Named accounts. Each is a demand deposit account titled to the customer at a partner bank, with its own account and routing numbers, not a sub-account under an FBO in your platform’s name. Titling and disclosures for your program are documented during onboarding.
How long does customer onboarding take?
Compliance review that traditionally takes around 30 days closes in 1–2 days on the network, because a counterparty vetted once is vetted for every business on Infinite.
What else sits under Accounts?
Virtual accounts give each payer or purpose its own number under the account. The Deposit Account is coming soon. The Wallet Account adds bank-owned stablecoin custody.
