Building a neobank means rebuilding a bank’s back office: sponsor relationships, KYB pipelines, screening, ledgers, payment rails. Infinite (infinite.net) delivers that layer as one integration on the compliance network — issue managed, deposit, and wallet accounts to your customers under your brand, real accounts provided through chartered, FDIC-insured partner banks, with onboarding, screening, and payments running underneath.
Where it breaks down
Every account product ends up rebuilding the same regulated machinery — and it’s never the part your customers see.
Banking partnerships take years.
Sponsor-bank diligence, program approval, and integration run quarters before the first account exists. For teams outside the US, compliant USD accounts are the hardest asset to get at all.
Compliance ops scale with headcount.
Every customer signup adds a KYB case someone has to build by hand. The review backlog quietly becomes the cap on your growth — and your risk appetite shrinks to fit the team.
Fiat and stablecoin live in different stacks.
A bank partner for dollars, a crypto provider for stablecoins, and a reconciliation problem in between. Two vendors, two ledgers, two compliance postures.
How the network fixes it
Your product on top, the regulated layer underneath — with the compliance answers ready when your BSA officer asks. Send them to Global Compliance.
Three account types, one API.
Managed DDAs with unique routing numbers, yield-bearing Deposit accounts, and stablecoin Wallets held in custody at partner banks — issued per customer, sub-ledgered to your structure, all on one network.
Onboarding under your brand.
Hosted Flows runs KYB and KYC as a whitelabel step in your signup. Your customers see your product; Infinite runs the screening.
Review in 1–2 days, not 30.
Infinite Agents assembles and documents every case before an analyst opens it — every decision made by a human. Onboarding stops being your growth ceiling.
Fiat and stablecoin, one network.
USD rails (ACH, Fedwire, RTP) and stablecoin payments on the same ledger, screened both ways — one integration, one compliance posture.
What it looks like in practice
From integration access to live customer accounts.
Get integration access.
Your business clears compliance once — in days — and gets API keys and a sandbox. One integration covers accounts, compliance, and payments.
Onboard customers in your flow.
Customers complete a Hosted Flow styled to your brand. Cases are assembled automatically and decided by a human analyst, typically within 1–2 days.
Issue the account.
One API call issues a managed, deposit, or wallet account per customer — real accounts, sub-ledgered to your structure, live immediately after approval.
Move money on every rail.
Your customers send and receive over USD and stablecoin rails, with every transfer screened in both directions and reconciled on one ledger.
Answers before you ask
Do we need a bank charter to offer accounts to our customers?
No — the accounts are real accounts provided through chartered, FDIC-insured partner banks, with Infinite running onboarding, screening, and reconciliation underneath. What your own licensing posture looks like depends on your flow of funds; see third-party funds flow for how platforms move money for their customers compliantly.
Are customer funds FDIC-insured?
Infinite Agents, Inc. is a financial technology company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services, including deposit accounts, are provided by Erebor Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. Funds held in deposit accounts through the Erebor Bank platform may be eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, per ownership category, subject to satisfaction of conditions for pass-through deposit insurance.
Which account types can we issue to customers?
Three, from one API: Managed Accounts (a unique DDA per customer with its own routing number), Deposit Accounts (yield-bearing DDAs), and Wallet Accounts (stablecoins held in custody at partner banks) — all sub-ledgered to your structure, with the same onboarding, screening, and reconciliation behind them.
How does customer onboarding work under our brand?
Customers complete a Hosted Flow styled to your product — business details, documents, and owner verification in one pass. Infinite runs KYB, KYC, and sanctions screening behind the screen, a human analyst decides the case, typically within 1–2 days, and a webhook returns the decision so you can issue the account.
Can our customers hold both dollars and stablecoins?
Yes — on one ledger. USD moves over ACH, Fedwire, and RTP through USD Payments; USDC, USDT, OUSD, and USDG sit in Wallet Accounts and move over stablecoin rails, screened in both directions. One integration, one compliance posture, one reconciliation for every customer.
