FAQ

About Infinite

What is Infinite?

Infinite is the compliance network that makes stablecoins work for global business; the more companies that connect, the faster and cheaper every dollar moves. One API for real bank accounts, payments across SWIFT, US rails, stablecoins, and FX, and compliance — with first-time counterparty review dropping from ~30 days to 1–2 days on the network.

Why we’re building Infinite

Is Infinite a bank?

No. Infinite Agents, Inc. is a financial technology company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services, including deposit accounts, are provided by Erebor Bank, N.A., Member FDIC.

Regulatory disclosure

What is Infinite Accounts?

Infinite Accounts are the account products issued through Infinite’s partner banks: the Managed Account (a unique managed DDA per customer), the Deposit Account (yield-bearing DDAs), and the Wallet Account (bank-owned stablecoin wallets) — all with the same onboarding, screening, and reconciliation.

Managed Account — issue managed DDAs

What types of businesses typically use Infinite?

Our customers range from early-stage startups to established fintechs, payroll platforms, marketplaces, and even traditional banks. Whether you’re sending contractor payments, building a global marketplace, or managing treasuries, Infinite is built to scale with you.

Global Mass Payouts — pay thousands, in any country

Can I integrate Infinite with just the API?

You can choose either the API or our SDK. Our REST API gives you full control, while our SDKs make it simple to embed payment and identity flows directly into web or mobile apps in minutes.

Documentation — the concepts behind the API and SDKs

How do I get started with Infinite?

Developers can sign up and start building right away using our API and SDKs. For businesses, our team provides onboarding support to ensure your payments and compliance needs are fully covered.

Is Infinite secure?

Yes. We partner with top custody and compliance providers, encrypt all data, and meet industry best practices for financial infrastructure. Security and reliability are at the heart of our platform.

FAQ

Compliance

What compliance infrastructure does Infinite provide?

Infinite is built with compliance at its core. We provide embedded CIP/KYC, AI agents, transaction monitoring, case management, and reporting tools so you can confidently meet local regulatory requirements.

Global compliance on the Infinite network

Will stablecoin payments pass our compliance review?

That is the design goal. Every counterparty is screened before funds move, flagged transfers stop for human review, and every decision is documented. Your BSA officer can pull the screening record behind any transfer.

Stablecoin payments with compliance built in

Who makes the final decision on a compliance case?

A human analyst, every time. There is no configuration in which the AI approves, rejects, or closes a case on its own, and every decision is recorded with the analyst’s identity.

Infinite Agents — the AI harness for regulated work

Do we need our own KYC or KYB vendor?

No. Verification, screening, and monitoring are built into Hosted Flows. If you already run a vendor, we can discuss how your existing data fits during onboarding.

Hosted Flows — compliant onboarding in your brand

How long does customer onboarding take?

Compliance review that traditionally takes around 30 days closes in 1–2 days on the network. Because screening runs network-wide, a counterparty vetted once is vetted for every business on Infinite — the more companies connect, the less redundant review for everyone.

FAQ

Accounts and custody

Do we need our own banking or money transmitter licenses?

Accounts are established under Infinite’s regulated banking partners and operated under Infinite’s compliance program. What that means for your own licensing posture depends on your flow of funds — see third-party funds flow for how platforms move money for their customers compliantly.

Managed Account — accounts under partner banks

How is Managed different from Deposit and Wallet?

All three are Infinite Accounts with the same onboarding, screening, and reconciliation. The Deposit Account adds yield on balances; the Wallet Account adds bank-owned stablecoin custody. Most platforms start Managed and layer the others on per customer.

Managed Account — the starting point

What does “bank-owned wallet” mean?

The wallet is established and controlled by a regulated bank rather than by you or your customer. Your customer holds the balance; the bank holds the wallet and its keys. The precise ownership and custody terms for your program are documented in your program agreement.

Wallet Account — bank-owned stablecoin wallets

Who holds the private keys?

Key management stays entirely inside the bank’s custody infrastructure. Neither you, your customers, nor your dashboard users ever hold or handle keys.

Wallet Account — custody inside the bank perimeter

Where does the yield come from?

Yield is generated by interest paid on customer balances held in deposit accounts at Infinite’s partner banks. The full program terms — including the source and rate of yield — are documented during onboarding.

Deposit Account — yield-bearing DDAs

FAQ

Payments and rails

How is Infinite different from wires, ACH, or SWIFT?

Infinite doesn’t replace them — ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, FX, and stablecoin networks sit behind one API, and each transfer routes over the fastest compliant path. Payments that took days settle in seconds.

Cross-border payments with stablecoins

How fast are payments?

Most payments settle within minutes, even across borders. Compared to SWIFT or ACH transfers that can take days, Infinite offers a dramatically faster experience.

Transfer Routes — how payments find the fastest path

Which countries and currencies does Infinite support today?

Infinite supports same-day settlement in over 170 countries with local fiat rails and global stablecoins like USDC, USDT, OUSD, and USDG. We’re continuously expanding our network to cover new regions and currencies.

Transfer Routes across SWIFT, US rails, stablecoins, and FX

Do I need to hold crypto to use Infinite?

No. Infinite abstracts away the complexity of crypto. You can fund and settle payments in your local currency, while Infinite’s technology & partners handle the stablecoin conversion and routing in the background.

Stablecoin payments without crypto infrastructure

What stablecoins does Infinite support?

We currently support leading USD-denominated stablecoins such as USDC, USDT, OUSD, and USDG, and are actively adding support for additional regulated stablecoins.

Stablecoin Payments — supported assets

How do I pick the right USD rail?

As a rule: ACH for cost, Fedwire for large amounts with same-day finality, RTP for instant delivery around the clock. Or skip the decision — pass rail: "auto" and Transfer Routes chooses from amount, urgency, and cutoff.

USD Payments — ACH, Fedwire, and RTP

How long does a SWIFT wire take?

Once released, most wires settle same day to two business days depending on corridor and cutoff. Instead of waiting on a bank trace, you see every state change via webhook. When speed matters more than the rail, Transfer Routes can pick a faster path automatically.

SWIFT Payments — international wires by API

Do I choose the rail for each payment?

By default, no — that is the point. You describe the payment and routing selects the path. When policy requires a specific rail, you can pin one on the request and routing constrains itself to it.
